My insurance company did an insurrection on my home and was denied because of the shingles, I came Sampson Roofing on Monday and by Thursday 4pm the job was finished. I have had other services done on my home and have been kver charged every time but Sampson gave me a deal that nobody else could beat. He left my property cleaner than when he started. I used Sampson Roofing and they were amazing. Fair price, friendly and did good work. Most importantly they gave a good warranty that they are following up with. Now I did end up having a small issue within the warranty period but they sent someone out today to look at the roof and they will be fixing the issue at no cost because of the warranty. In today’s time most companies will do whatever possible to get out of following through with fixing things even within the warranty period so it really shows that this is a really good legit company to go with. I would highly recommend

I went through 2 companies/people before i found this one. They were honest with what my roof needed (I could get by with repairs). I was given a quote for repairs and one for a roof (which helps to know how much I should be saving). The quote included pictures of the repairs and prices. I got a power wash, spikes and 1 repair to the front of the house (wood was rotting under tile) I also got some tiles that were missing which increased exposure. I have a serious pigeon problem so some of the pictures you’ll still see their droppings.They went above and beyond which was nice.
